Missing but not forgotten

        My  sister, Sharon went missing on February 14, 1997 from New Westminster, BC, Canada. The last person she contacted was our mother, Sharon phoned late one night but there was no answer, so she left a message and a phone number.  She needed to speak with Mom and that it was important, when my Mother tried the number several times over the  next few days there was no answer.  According to  information I have been able to peace together she had stormed out of the house her and a boyfriend shared after an argument.  This phone call was the last contact anyone in the family has had with Sharon and has led to no clues.

        Since that day there has been no contact at all.  Sharon has led a rough life, alcohol, drugs and many other problems. She was never the best one for keeping in touch but she would phone or write sporadically every so often.  She has taken off in the past but has always found her way back to one member of the family, but this time nothing.  Her disappearance has been reported to the New Westminster Police Department, and remains a mystery to this day.

        Its been almost five years and to mark the date I created this page in her memory.  With the passing years fear and uncertainty has grown but I still hold out hope that some day she will be found or contact us.
